I called Verizon to revise my triple bundle service. I got a price quote by phone. A billing estimate was emailed to me. Verizon then refused to honor the price offered for service when I called back * days later. I called again and got a new price quote by phone. I didn’t request an email for obvious reasons. I called back to accept the new offer about * days later. The offer was no longer on the table. Very unethical.
GetHuman-rubinjt did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
