Following up on previous my previous call to report significant TV signal quality issues. Last Rep I spoke to was going to have a foreman call me directly, but that call never came. This problem has done nothing but get worse in the several YEARS since it started (despite several calls over that time period, with multiple visits from line techs). I want it fixed once and for all or I will be cancelling my service.
GetHuman763921 did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
