I originally signed up for FIOS in **** and received New York and Philadelphia channels. They removed the Philadelphia channels a few years ago but keep removing random channels and not replacing. Of course, the price remains the same. ThenI noticed the internet slowing for no reason and I was told because I have so many devices I need to upgrade speed on the internet. They did so and added to my contract so now tied in longer even though I am not getting the quality and quantity that I signed up for. Meanwhile, they offer better packages to new customers. I then noticed my Hulu and Netflix and some streaming began to buffer and their response I need a wifi extender even though prior to this it worked fine. They also told me I needed to increase my speed so I upped it again and they also extended my contract so now I am tied into another two years of bad service and still they offer better deals to new customers. In January my stations that I was subscribed to disappeared from my line up. Tne rep put them back on but without my knowledge extended the contract another two years. The rep claimed I agreed and told me it was in an email but I never saw it. Whether or not I have a contract is beyond the point. I am not getting what I agreed to and the service is again giving me issues with speed and connectivity. I often have to reboot my set top box and router and the wifi has dead zones. Fewer channels and buffering. All I asked for was a measly $** discount be reinstalled to keep my bill under $*** but they rep would not do it. You give free Chromebooks to new customers yet a ** plus year customer gets a $** increase. I am very unhappy with the service.
