I have an ONT unit with a fiber line drop directly into my apartment. Your switch building is a block away, and you advertise gigabit fiber for the area. I’m told the entire building was wired (or at least has the boxes with cable pulls to make it easy, hence why my apartment has a a fiber line). Yet, your website and service reps say I only can get ***mb*s for *.*X the price of two competitors cable **** mb*s offers, say gigabit isn’t available (despite the fiber ONT I’m staring at) and for some reason believe each unit in the building has different availability. I would like to confirm what the true maximum speed is for my apartment and why*how it’s limited to ***mb*s (and other units in the same building are listed as only supporting up to **mb*s or other caps).
