I ordered service back in June and was given a hookup date of July **. The technician was unable to hookup the internet and I was given a new connection date of July **. It is now October ** and I still do not have internet. This is utterly ridiculous. I have been in limbo for over three months now- since I still have the pending order with you I cannot get internet from another provider. How can we resolve this?
