My name is Mildred Ellis and My account number is $***-***-***-****-***I do not understand Verizons billing. I was paying $***.** monthly until June. *, ****. After that I have been billed at higher rates, I have not asked for any additional services. so why is this happening. I have continued to pay the initial rate of $***.** until I can get this problem resolved. I made a call to an agent who said she did not understand the charges and would get back to me after she spoke with her supervisor,*I never heard back from her.
