I was adding an additional line to my existing * phones which I will be using for a business. I was told this *th phone for my business would be added to the same plan as the other * lines and then all * phones would share the same plan and our bill would go up roughly $** a month for that additional line. I asked for the cheapest phone seeing I only needed it to answer and return calls so I was giving a $* a month phone with a credit. I am pleased with that. My concern is that my original bill did go up $** with the * phones and also I recieved another bill for my separate business line for $**.**. Now I’m looking at an additional $** in monthly bills for * more lowest end phone ? I’m very confused and frustrated. I had problems at an authorized dealer and returned everything to work with a Verizon store directly and I thought this was settled and I was pleased with it until now I owe $** more a month? I would like this resolved today pleased I’m very frustrated with Verizon at this point. *Thank you, *Jeff Chase
