Hello,
I have a Cardinal Red microfiber Vera Bradley bag that is a few years old, specifically the Glenna Satchel style.
Despite my efforts to spot clean it, there are noticeable dirt stains on both the handles and the bag itself. Upon a recent purchase of other Vera Bradley items, I learned that the microfiber material is not meant to stain easily.
I am seeking advice on how to address this issue.
Haley from the International Mall in Tampa mentioned I could potentially return it by mail and receive some form of compensation.
Please advise on the available options to resolve this matter.
