Good afternoon,**Please be advised I would like this escalated to a manager and expect a call back from Venus. **This afternoon at *:**pm I received an email from RetailMeNot stating Venus had an extra **% off sale with free shipping. I am leaving on a service trip to Uganda in a month and thought Venus might be the perfect place to buy long pants*skirts that I need for the trip.**I accidentally used the wrong code when I purchased that was for **% off, not **%. I contacted customer service live chat within minutes to update the order and receive the additional *%.**I was told the code was expired and not to use these codes.
