I recently bought a new i12 phone, and ever since, I've been unable to access my Venmo account. I've attempted to log in using my phone number and email address, changed my password multiple times, but I'm still unable to log in as it keeps saying the information doesn't match. Additionally, it claims I don't have a username. I suspect my email may have been input incorrectly. If it should be "[redacted]," that is incorrect. The correct email is provided below. This issue is frustrating me because I enjoy using Venmo, but this login problem is causing me a lot of hassle.

I accidentally sent $1 to the wrong email address. I'm confused why I need to pay to fix this mistake. Please return the $1 as it was sent to an invalid email. Kindly show some decency and rectify this error. If this is an automated response, please forward it to a human who can assist. Good evening, I'm experiencing issues with my Venmo account. I've contacted the Venmo team via email for over two weeks now but haven't received assistance. I am facing difficulties adding my bank account or bank card. Additionally, I'm unsure about the status of my Venmo card. I've submitted my documentation twice, but it's been deemed unclear. Ironically, my daughter had a smoother experience when she applied for her Venmo card. I urgently need access to my Venmo card as there are funds in my account awaiting use. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to these matters.

I urgently need access to my account as someone sent me money, which I need right now. Unfortunately, I can't log in because I no longer have the same phone number or card I originally used. To PayPal executives: I am writing to address an issue with Venmo that has resulted in my account being frozen. As a homeless individual, I urgently require access to my unemployment benefits which were deposited into my account. Despite complying with the requests of Venmo representatives, my account was permanently frozen shortly after providing the necessary information. I want to avoid escalating this matter to the media and consumer organizations, so I am reaching out to you for assistance. I explained to the representatives that the Georgia Department of Labor released all my back payments at once, potentially infringing on Venmo's policies. Furthermore, I clarified that due to my homelessness, I needed to use a significant portion of the funds to catch up on rent for temporary accommodation during the processing of my unemployment benefits. I encountered difficulties uploading all my documents at once due to limitations on the submission platform, which was beyond my control. Please consider reviewing the information I have submitted and expedite the resolution process as I cannot afford to wait [redacted] days to regain access to my funds. My daughter sent $15 to my account, but due to confusion between two similar usernames on Venmo, I may have inadvertently created a new account during a previous incident when my Google account was hacked on October 4th, [redacted]. This led to a password reset on various platforms. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email address or password associated with my original account. I am currently experiencing issues opening a Venmo account. Despite never having created an account with Venmo before, it states there is already an account linked to my phone number. After reaching out to Venmo customer support and providing my phone bill twice, it was rejected both times for not meeting validity standards. The account seems to be registered under my mother's name, Amarilys. I am eager to find a resolution to this problem promptly as it is essential for my job.

I purchased a PlayStation 5 on the Facebook marketplace. I sent $[redacted] to the seller on Venmo, their username was Tyler duncan_11. However, I suspect that either Tyler deleted their account or Iva Cueto, the person I corresponded with on Facebook, was a scammer using his name. Iva instructed me to send the payment to her brother's Venmo account mentioned earlier. She claimed to have shipped the console but blocked me when I requested proof. Unfortunately, I have not received the product I paid for.

I recently fell victim to internet blackmail from another Venmo user. They managed to access sensitive materials of mine on the dark web and proceeded to threaten me via text. They demanded $[redacted] immediately, threatening to share compromising materials with my contacts on social media if I did not comply. Feeling distressed, I sent the money as instructed. Now, I acknowledge my mistake and am seeking to recover my funds. I understand that what transpired was unlawful and unfair.

I am unable to access my Venmo account due to a recent change in my cell phone number. My previous number was [redacted], and it is now [redacted]. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the old phone number for verification. Furthermore, I have replaced my phone and no longer have access to the previous device for logging in. Both the browser and app only provide the option for phone number verification, which I cannot fulfill. However, my old email address [redacted] is still associated with the account, and I can use it to verify my identity. I have also set up a new email, [redacted], which is also available for verification purposes.

This morning, I mistakenly sent $70 to my daughter's old account, @Alaina-Parizo, instead of her new one, @Alaina-Parizo23. Unfortunately, she cannot access the old account due to forgotten login information. I was able to resend the money to her new account, but now I am unable to retrieve the funds from the incorrect account. My account is @Teresa-Parizo. On November 20th, I fell victim to a scam by someone claiming to be from Apple while attempting to resolve an issue with my mother’s iPad. After calling a number I found for Apple Support, the individual deceived me and managed to scam $[redacted] from me through Venmo. Despite my initial efforts to cancel the transaction with US Bank, the money was not recovered. The name of the scammer is Melik Seferyan, and US Bank is currently investigating the fraud. I seek assistance to prevent the loss of $[redacted] and resolve this situation.

I have an account at @Boo[redacted], but I no longer have access to the email address or phone number linked to it. I know the password but can't receive the verification code through text or email to retrieve the funds. I created a new account lady_violet_77, which I can access without issues. I would like to transfer the $50 from @Boo042277 to this new account. I have been trying to do this for over 2 months and have sent numerous emails. Please assist me in getting the verification code promptly so I can access my funds before Christmas.

I've been experiencing access issues with my account at Boo 04 to [redacted]. I remember the password, but I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to the account. This has been ongoing for over six weeks, and each time I try, I get an incorrect response or something else. I received an access verification code sent to an email address not associated with my account, and now I am locked out. I was charged $[redacted] for something I already paid for using another account. My account got frozen and the $[redacted] that was sent to me was used to pay for the disputed transaction. I received a provisional credit after disputing this charge, but more than half of it was taken to cover the same disputed amount. So, a total of $[redacted] ($[redacted] + $[redacted]) has been deducted from my funds. The provisional credit of $[redacted] was reduced by $[redacted] as soon as it was applied. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

I'm currently unable to access my account due to a change in my phone number ([redacted]) and my privacy settings on my devices. I only have access to the email linked to my Venmo account. After creating a Venmo account and verifying my email, I encountered issues logging in on both the mobile app and online platforms. Despite successfully resetting the password, I continue to receive error messages preventing me from accessing my account. My attempts to use my email, phone number, and username to login have all been unsuccessful. I confirmed that I am not using a VPN and am located in the US. Any guidance on resolving this login problem would be much appreciated.

My son sent me $[redacted] through Venmo, but I couldn't transfer it to my bank account. After contacting customer service with no resolution, my son managed to transfer the funds instead. I recently found a $46 charge labeled "commuter help" on my bank account, which I believe is from Venmo since I didn't provide my debit card to anyone else. We experienced a $1,[redacted] scam with Venmo a year ago, leading us to stop using it. Attempting to use our existing account to make a payment in December [redacted] on my mobile, we encountered continual issues with the message "transaction failed - account issue." This has been very frustrating as we are unable to speak with anyone at Venmo for guidance on how to resolve this. Last year, our account was compromised, and Venmo later sorted the matter out, yet now we are struggling to make payments. I sent $[redacted].00 as a gift to a friend yesterday, but she hasn't responded. I discovered that she deactivated her Venmo account a year ago, even though her profile is still visible. I recognize her phone number but found out she no longer uses it. When I called, someone hung up on me. Subsequent calls went to voicemail without a setup. Can you assist me in getting a refund for the $[redacted].00?
