If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I opened a Venmo account approximately * months ago and have only used it once. I am now trying to transfer money using it again and can’t remember my password. I put in my email address and hit forgot password. I then received a message that I would receive a reset code in my email but it has been ** minutes and I have not received anything.**Can you please tell me how to do this?
