You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-slyleex's own words
My user name is: Adam@Latent*. My email is: SlyLeeX@gmail.com ... I Paid Kimberly Brown $***.** on ******** and then $***.** today ********. The money has left my bank account and she is saying that her account got frozen immediately after I sent the $***.**. Now she is not answering her phone or email. I don't feel like she is a scam artist, I talked to her several times on the phone before we made any sort of cash deal, however as the hours since I paid her go by I am starting to think I got ripped off. I'm curious to know if her account really did get frozen pending her uploading her ID like she says. She claims she doesn't have an ID to upload until her appt. at the DMV in November. Can you please help me figure this out?! I would like my money to be refunded to my account, Venmo or Wells Fargo. If her account did not get frozen could you please let me know so I can determine weather or not I am going to do any future transactions with her. Thank You - Adam Lee
