I dont have a Venmo app and I have a Venmo bank charge on my statement. **Just trying to verify the charge and what it was for. The transaction number reported by my bank is ************a second charge appeared shortly after the first one and now I am missing over a thousand dollars out of my account!
That this money is needed to pay bills and it is really frustrating that there is no person to talk to. They don't have anyone answering Phone and you cant do chat unless you have an account. I don't want to sign up for something that just pulled desperately needed funds out of my bank!
I would like a full reversal of charges as these were not authorized and I do not have a venmo account
