I had a balance on Venmo of $15.00 which decreased as friends paid me back. Currently, I owe $6.00. I updated my linked bank account and card after my old bank account closed. However, when attempting to make a payment on Venmo, I encountered a message indicating my account was on hold until I repay the $6.00. Despite trying both my new bank account and debit card, the screen remains the same with a loading symbol persisting for an extended period. I've attempted various troubleshooting methods like canceling the transaction, logging in and out, and using different devices, but the issue persists. Uncertain if further waiting is needed or if there's a more complex problem with my Venmo account.

I lost my phone and got a new one. The app is linked to my old phone number, but I can't enter my credit card as it keeps saying it's invalid after three attempts. Instead, the only option given is to use a code sent to my old phone number. I usually receive verifications through email, which works well for me. My son sent me $50 to help me buy work boots for Monday, but I can't access his account without the code.

I uninstalled the app on my phone because when I tried to open it, an error message appeared, so it shut down before uploading my personalized information. After uninstalling, I attempted to reinstall the app. Unfortunately, I used an email ([redacted]) for Venmo that I no longer have access to. On November 24-25, [redacted], I mistakenly paid my friend $28 and $32 while my kids were using my account. I explained to him that I need that money back as it is crucial for my survival. However, he refused to return it. As a single mom, every penny counts for me and my kids, especially during the holidays. I kindly request the return of my money as soon as possible. A couple of months ago, I encountered issues with my account suddenly not working. I suspect it was due to fraudulent activity on our credit card, which was promptly resolved. This morning, I spent over an hour trying to unfreeze my account. Clicking on the recovery link in an article led to a green banner indicating my account was reactivated, but the phone app still shows it as frozen. I am facing an issue when trying to log in to my account. A notification pops up saying "Invalid Code. Please Try Again." Despite repeated attempts, I encountered the same error message. I decided to reset my password, but after entering my email or phone number, the verification code was supposed to be sent to my email, which never arrived. I tried multiple times alternating between my email and phone number, but the code never came through. I even attempted accessing my account from a different device with the same outcome. I recently made a purchase on Facebook Marketplace and arranged for shipping with payment via Venmo. Unfortunately, after paying $[redacted] to Ottoma Dull (@MrBradys), communication ceased, and the product has not been delivered. Further investigation reveals that Ottoma Dull is reportedly the partner of Kenneth Johnson, who operates a moving company in Macon with a questionable reputation. Numerous individuals have allegedly fallen victim to this fraudulent activity. I am pursuing a refund for the sake of my children's Christmas gift and taking steps to report this incident to the authorities.

I received a payment today, but it was sent to my old account. I remember the username and password for the account, but I'm stuck at an additional security step. The initial security option sends a code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. The alternative method requires the card number and expiration date of the old debit card linked to the account, which I don't have since I lost that card and now have a new one. Moreover, I can't even use the linked email to retrieve the access. I'm in a challenging situation as my brother sent me money twice, and I urgently need to return the funds from the inaccessible account. I'm hopeful for any assistance you can provide.

I attempted to transfer funds instantly from my account but was unsuccessful. I had to resort to the regular transfer method, not realizing it only processes on business days. I urgently require the money and cannot wait until Tuesday. Is it possible for Venmo to expedite the transfer to instant? I believe this problem has arisen for others as well. I recently got a new phone and got logged out of my account. Upon changing my password and receiving a text code for confirmation, I encountered an issue with receiving the email confirmation code despite hitting "resend code" multiple times. The alternative method of using my card information didn't work as it wouldn't let me verify and move to the next step. This is frustrating for me as I'm unable to access my own account, containing all my authentic details. I needed to send money urgently yesterday but couldn't due to this login problem. I recently purchased LipSense lip gloss from your platform for $70.00. I have left multiple messages for the seller, but it seems like she has blocked me. She messaged me saying the product was shipped on 12/23/19, but I have yet to receive it. The seller's listing is no longer on Marketplace. I have proof of our messages, the payment made through Venmo, and the deduction from my bank account. I've attempted multiple times to send a $[redacted] payment to my sister on Venmo, who is also my friend. She has successfully received payments from others. I've verified my identity, received payments recently, and linked a verified bank account with sufficient funds. I sent $36 to a friend via Venmo using their phone number, but the payment never went through. I later sent the money using their username, and they received it. However, I was charged twice, with $72 deducted from my TD Bank account instead of the correct $36. I am requesting the extra $36 to be refunded back into my account.

Hello, I can't access my Venmo account because the email linked to it is an old college email I no longer have. The email is [redacted] I've tried to update it by entering my card information as a secondary option but it hasn't worked. I reset my password but I can't verify the account.
