To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Hi. My name is Annagrace Willis. My Venmo is @annagrace-Willis. I just made a transaction through Venmo to my friend Maddy Perkins (@maddy-Perkins-*). I sent her $***. I did this because I don’t have my card linked onto my account and she was going to get the cash out for me. She transferred the money but it won’t hit her account until august **. She just called me telling her that someone stole her card information and all the money from her account was leaked. Since my money has not hit her account yet, I’m hoping there’s a way to get my money back into my Venmo balance before it enters her account. I’ve been working hard for my money and I’m extremely upset I can’t cancel it myself and I can’t get in touch with Venmo through the phone. Please help me with this problem ASAP.
