To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-weeley's own words
I should have sent it to JLS*****@***.com ... I sent $** to who I thought was my son at JLS*****@***.com, he called and told me it is JLS*****@***.com, so I sent the money to the wrong account, can you help me cancel this payment so I can make the correct one?
I called my bank but learned that the only way to stop payment is through you guys. That is scary for me and then I learn I can't reach you guys until tomorrow morning...ahhhhhhh
