I am trying to sign into my Venmo account because my sister sent me money, not knowing that I wasn’t able to sign in. It works with my phone number but says I need to varify my account via email because I got a new phone and I have not received any emails. I’ve tried numerous times. Nothing. And when I type my email as my log in it says my email can’t be found. Then I tried to sign up using my email and it won’t allow me because it says that it is already in use... yet I haven’t received any emails. **The money is for an emergency so if you could please email back ASAP I’d be so thankful!
GetHuman-dissolve did not yet indicate what Venmo should do to make this right.
