My account was frozen this morning and I wouldn't let me do instant transfer or add my bank card. This is after I successfully made * transfers a couple days earlier.*I was trying everything I could think of to fix the issue and in the process I accidentally deleted my account and was given no warning at all that I needed to remove my funds prior. I had $*** in my accout that I needed to trasfered to my card hours ago. However I've spent all morning trying to deal with your extremely unhelpful chat line and useless website and app. Venmo is holding money that belongs to me and won't even provide an emergency phone number to call. To me that is so irresponsible and unacceptable, I need this problem resolved today. *Email: *****@***.com
