To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The problem I ran into: I can't transfer my money to my netspend card and I don't understand why
I trust that Venmo will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
