Help with my Venmo issue
GetHuman-acetobiz's next move: talk to Venmo when they open.
Venmo's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-acetobiz a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-acetobiz's own words:
First attempt at payment gave me a declined transaction prompt, fraud prevention from credit card company called then unlocked my account, tried again, same prompt but credit card company said that there is no fraud being detected.
I trust that Venmo will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
