The issue in GetHuman-acetobiz's own words
First attempt at payment gave me a declined transaction prompt, fraud prevention from credit card company called then unlocked my account, tried again, same prompt but credit card company said that there is no fraud being detected.
GetHuman-acetobiz did not yet indicate what Venmo should do to make this right.
