You make it as difficult as humanly possible to cancel a booking. A few hours ago I made a booking and I have spent the ensuing hours attempting and FAILING to contact you. You MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE. The one and ONLY number (international charges applying) says it’s for emergencies then it rings for five minute and then it goes DEAD!!!!*VUS-******* is my confirmation code!*I want to cancel the flight. *It says I NEED to SPEAK on the phone to get the FREE ** hour cancellation and NOT get charged $***USD!!!*You have frustrated me to the point where I want to smash my own computer!*I know you will now rip me off!!!*You will lose a very good customer who travels CONSTANTLY and will never stop telling people how you make it as difficult AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION!!!!**Please phone me!!!!****-***-***-****
