change spelling on ticket bought online ... i purchased a ticket on vayama.com.booking number VUS-******* i need a name change on the surname because of a wrong spelling. i have followed the steps and the last communication from vayama stated that i need to pay $** for the PNR to be changed to a new one. they said they would request this change with the airline. i made requests for the name change as advised. i sent the booking number and pdf copy of passport to *****@***.com as on *th august ****. i am awaiting further details from them. i last received communication on the **th. i am concerned that the process is taking too long and i may end up missing the flight.*i am also concerned since the emails i am getting seem automated automatic responses by a computer. i need feedback from a person that will reassure me that my request is being attended to.*calling vayama is not working out because the internet call does seem to be going through and an international call to customer care is too expensive for me
i seem to be getting automatic computer responses and for five days now vayama has not responded to my messages . i may end up missing the flight because of a wrong spelling if this drags on too long
contact me on the next steps to take to change the name, tell me where to pay as per quote. change the name soon before travel date
this is my second booking and i would like to continue booking with better after sale service.
i started the process as advised by vayama but it has ended at informing me of the cost to do the name change.
