I've been trying to call your company & was on hold for so long "HOURS". While writing this, it's been * hours that I have been waiting patiently until my call was cut off from your company. I just want to talk to someone to rebook our flight. Pls call me or email me ASAP!
I was trying to call and left messages for * days and no one is getting back to me. In addition instead of saving from your company, I paid double. Someone is in critical condition & we need to be there ASAP but I can't get hold of anybody from customer service.
Pls respond to your customers accordingly! Call or leave a message. If you have a large volume of customers as you say you do, have a voice mail where we can leave messages or have more staff to respond to your customers. Just imagine as a patient in a hospital and no one treated you for days. What do you think will happen?
My first time to be your customer since February. I will never go back. My expectation is kindly respond to your customers needs. Take care of your customers so they will go back to you and they can give you more customers in return.
