I attempted to contact Vantrue directly via email, but I did not receive a confirmation of delivery. After extensively researching dual camera dash cams, I am most impressed with the Vantrue N2 Pro Uber Dual Dash Cam. However, I am still hesitant due to persistent reports of a weak mount which is crucial for any dash cam. Despite positive feedback on customer service and mount replacements, I am uncertain if the current products have addressed this issue. Living in Denver with intense sun exposure, I am seeking an honest evaluation. If the Vantrue N2 Pro may not be suitable, I would appreciate a recommendation for a dual front and cabin camera dash cam. Thank you for your candid feedback. Best regards, S. Pfeiffer

I am experiencing trouble with my VanTrue OnDash N1 Pro camera when trying to use a SanDisk Ultra MicroSDXC 64 GB card. I keep receiving an error message prompting me to format the card due to a cluster size issue. Additionally, after pressing the power button, I only see icons on the left side of the screen, along with the time, date, and a counting feature at the bottom. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the system setup menu to format the card. Please provide guidance on accessing the system setup menu and navigating it effectively.

Subject: Issue with S1 Dash Cam Rear Camera Cable I recently purchased the S1 Dash Cam for my Audi TT and encountered difficulty due to the Right Angle Mini USB Connector on the Rear Camera Cable. Mounting the camera inside my car becomes challenging because the connector routes the cable in the wrong direction. The heavy-duty cable's resistance also hinders proper camera adjustment. I am requesting a replacement Rear Camera Cable with an Inline Mini USB Connector to resolve this issue. If this isn't possible, please provide a wiring diagram of the cable connections for my engineer to make the necessary adjustments. Looking forward to your prompt assistance. I am currently setting up my N1 dashcam with the hardware kit and configuring it to operate in parking mode. However, I am encountering an issue where the dashcam does not turn off properly. The only way I can shut it down is by unplugging it from the suction base. I've attempted to disable the parking mode setting, but the problem persists. Unfortunately, the instructions did not include a troubleshooting guide, so I am seeking assistance here. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I reached out to your company regarding a dash cam I bought in October [redacted]. I explained that my new dash cam was frozen and was instructed by one of your service team members to provide a video of the issue. I found this request unusual but complied. However, I have not received any follow-up after submitting the video. I contacted Vandash support again and was assured a response within 24 hours, but it has been two weeks with no update. I purchased the dash cam expecting both a quality product and good customer service. I am requesting either a replacement or a refund. If I do not receive a reply within the next 24 hours, I will escalate this matter further. Thank you, Sam P.

I purchased a Vantrue Dashcam from Amazon and followed the recommendation for a minimum 32GB SD card by ordering the Samsung Dual Pro Sim 64GB. However, when inserted, the dashcam prompted to format the card but still didn't work. I then tried a new card, Samsung Evo 64GB, which also showed the same error message. Interestingly, my daughter's Samsung Evo 128GB worked fine in the dashcam. It's confusing why the 64GB cards didn't work as advised. Warm regards from Nelli Luft in Germany.

I recently purchased a VANTRUE N4 DASH CAM along with a VANTRUE Micro SD 256GB memory card to use with it. Despite following the user manual's instructions on how to insert the memory card correctly, it does not click in place as it should. When I power on the camera, it continues to prompt me to insert the memory card. I spent over $[redacted] on the camera and an additional $50 on the memory card, so I'm disappointed that it's not functioning properly. I have double-checked that I am inserting the card correctly with the contacts facing the display screen as shown in the user manual. I would appreciate assistance with this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have a Vantue Element 2 camera, and I downloaded 3 videos on the app showing someone scratching my car with a key. When I tried to sync one of them to my phone to transfer to my computer, I couldn't find the file. It's crucial documentation for the police, and I need help locating it urgently. Please advise on how I can recover the missing video on my phone so I can transfer it to my computer. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hola, tengo una cámara de coche "Nexus 5" (N5). No puedo activar el modo de estacionamiento. Me gustaría saber cómo hacer que deje de grabar una vez apago el coche, ya que anoche siguió grabando durante 1,5 horas después de estacionarlo en el garaje. Agradezco cualquier ayuda al respecto.
