Aprox.*hr ago I added my vanilla debit card to my Instacart account I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM AND THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK **.** I SPOKE WITH THEM AND THEY SEE THEIR ERROR (WHICH TO ME IS A CRIMINAL ACT AS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO GO INTO MY ACCOUNT) INSTACART IS TELLING I HAVE TO WAIT *-* DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK I AM DISABLED AND LOW INCOME THE ONLY GROCERY MONEY I HAD IS ON MY VANILLA CARD BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY **.** THERE IS NOT ENOUGH LEFT FOR ME TO ORDER GROCERIES AS I CANNOT GO IN A STORE AS I AM HIGH RISK THE CHARGE ON ******** FROM INSTACART WAS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME I ONLY ADDED MY VANILLA CARD TO MY PAYMENT OPTIONS I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING
