I had put ** dollars on the card initially. When I came home I set it up and activated it online. It was for my phone bill for my phone that I was using. Well needless to say the phone went off **** that night . Well i did everything on the phone side set it up and it said declined. Well i thought I had entered the info wrong and re did the application..well it also failed. Well then I call your company to t*ll them the issue and they say active and use it.. Well needless to say I never knew u needed to go to store to activate the card.. being your rep told me to go back on and resubmit I did.. Well after a few more attempts nothing Again.. now phones off no phone at all.. So I am mad as **** at this point. Well needless to say I called and now rep says * balance.. wtf did I buy your card to give it all back to u as a donation.. look I need to speak with manager owner of company.. whatever steps we need to Take to get that money back on card.i did spend like ** bucks at store which I am not looking to get reemberssed for.. I am on the other hand the ** ** that was left on the card and gotten eaten up with declined charges.. please can we resolove these matgers asap i will greatly appriciate it
