My father has an account with Vanguard. He is hard of hearing and lives in Taiwan. He needs me to help him get into his account due to two-factor authentication. This system does not allow for international numbers. So he cannot verify that he is the authentic owner of his account by himself. The telephone tree is highly frustrating. Please help us find a solution to this issue. I am now on hold with Vanguard for ** minutes (that's the estimated time).
