I pre-ordered Resident Evil 3 REMAKE from G2A on March 27th and activated the key on Steam on April 2nd. I received the game, but not the DLC (classic Costume) yet. Upon contacting CAPCOM, they suggested a license issue and advised reaching out to Valve. It's been 2 weeks since release, and I expect to receive the DLC I paid for without further delays. It's frustrating to constantly chase after either G2A or CAPCOM for a simple costume. Please provide me with the costumes. My Steam account is associated with [redacted]

I recently bought Fallout 76 on Steam for my gaming laptop as a new user to the gaming world. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my laptop cannot handle this game. Within the first 14 days, I played for over 2 hours while trying to adjust settings to make it work. I've requested a refund multiple times but keep getting denied. I wasn't aware of the 2-hour refund rule and if I had known, I would have requested it earlier. I've been careful with my purchases, and I only want a refund so I can buy a game that will work on my laptop. If this isn't resolved, I'll hesitate to purchase games from Steam in the future. Please refund my $55.

I have been unfairly banned from Counter Strike without any reason. My friends can attest that I play legitimately with them, and I recently purchased four new skins before the ban, indicating I had no intention of cheating. I have also invested around $30 in skins from cases, further supporting my dedication to playing fairly. I was ranked 37 and close to earning a service medal when this unjust ban occurred. I firmly believe I should be unbanned as I did not engage in any prohibited behavior that would warrant this action.

Hello, my Counter-Strike account has been banned by Steam support due to a possible association with another account or unauthorized access. I am the sole user of this account and take great care with its security. Throughout my 10 years on Steam, I have never used any cheating software and have actively aided in identifying cheaters through Overwatch. I am writing as Wonkylion1 on your Steam platform as my account was recently stolen. I have reached out to Steam services without success in recovering my account. I am turning to you in the hopes of resolving this issue and regaining access to my account, which I can prove is mine through transactions on my brother's PayPal. Due to financial constraints, it's crucial for me to retrieve this account to continue enjoying the games I had purchased. Unfortunately, I am unable to make a phone call as I am not in the United States. Your assistance via email regarding the theft of my account would be greatly appreciated. I am feeling anxious about this situation as these games were important to me and my brother. Please assist in restoring my Steam account to the email [redacted] Steam Account: Wonkylion1

Dear Valve Support, I am reaching out to address a recurring issue of racist abuse in Dota 2 targeting players who do not speak Russian. Despite my commitment to fair play, I have been repeatedly penalized with bans and low priority due to these unjust circumstances. It is disheartening that language discrimination is disrupting the gaming experience, especially when I have always upheld good sportsmanship with no history of toxicity or intentional game disruptions. I urge Valve to investigate this matter thoroughly to prevent European players from being marginalized based on their language preferences. Maintaining a high behavior score has been a priority for me, yet the ongoing bans for reasons beyond my control, like internet connectivity, are concerning. I hope that Valve will take a stand against such behavior to foster a more inclusive gaming environment. If this issue persists, I may need to reconsider my engagement with Dota 2. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like you to review the evidence in the mentioned game ID [redacted] from 29/5/[redacted]. Sincerely, Gonk

Dear Steam Support, I recently purchased a battle pass from a Shopee seller using two fraudulent cards unknowingly. My account is now flagged. I am eager to rectify this by paying for the items again. Many other customers have been scammed by this seller, who has since deleted their product listing. I have reached out to the seller, but they have been uncooperative. Could you please investigate this matter? I have noticed discrepancies in the IP addresses used on my account during purchases. I have used this account for years without issue. My friends and I have learned a valuable lesson about third-party sellers. Kindly review my case and consider unbanning my account. You can find the seller's Steam ID here: [redacted]. Hello Steam Team, I understand my mistake in trusting a third-party platform like Shopee. My account holds sentimental value as it is where I met my boyfriend and where we enjoy playing Dota 2 together. If you cannot restore my account, please consider helping to recover my boyfriend's account, which he has invested many years into. We promise to be more cautious in the future. We are genuine victims in this situation and hope for your assistance. Please review the evidence provided and show empathy towards our situation. We are considering filing a police report against the scammer. Steam's support in this matter would mean a lot to us. Thank you for your understanding.

I am reaching out to report a recent scam incident where I mistakenly gave away all my inventory to someone who tricked me. Despite being aware of common scam tactics, I fell victim this time due to unfamiliar methods used by the scammer. I acknowledge my error and understand the consequences, but I am truly desperate for assistance in this dire situation. The past months have been incredibly challenging for me – dealing with personal losses and job termination has left me emotionally vulnerable. Gaming has been my coping mechanism during these tough times, and losing my inventory has added to my distress. I have provided my Steam profile link for verification and can share any necessary details to support my case. I am pleading for help before the scammer can trade away my items. Your prompt assistance would mean everything to me during this difficult period. Thank you for your attention.

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Unsatisfactory GTA4 Purchase Dear Sir or Madam, I recently purchased the GTA4 game from Steam for £8.99, encountering a bug that hinders gameplay completion. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Rockstar, I am faced with a game that cannot be finished due to a recurring bug. Steam has declined my refund request citing prolonged usage, but the bug only surfaced recently, impeding game progression where a mission cannot be completed. Despite meeting technical requirements, the bug persists, causing frustration, financial loss, and receiving minimal assistance from Rockstar. I have documented email exchanges highlighting poor customer service and the bug's impact on gameplay. As the product does not meet the standards of quality, fitness, and description, I am entitled to a refund as per consumer rights laws. Unless Steam addresses this matter within 14 days, I will seek further action to resolve this issue promptly. Yours faithfully, Martin M.

I purchased Skyrim when it was first released, but I am now unable to download it on my new computer as the code has already been used. I seem to have two accounts, pablo58lobo and pablolobo58, and I'm unsure which one has Skyrim. It has been years since I last played the game and I'm struggling to contact support for assistance. Update 9/1/[redacted]: I am unsure what information is required, but I need help verifying my Skyrim copy and enabling me to download it on my computer. The code is: LW6BJ-0255K-648HX.

About three weeks ago, my account was unexpectedly hit with a VAC ban without any explanation. I have never cheated in this game, nor do I plan to. My account has never been compromised, and only I have used it, so this ban doesn't make any sense. I have tried reaching out to you multiple times from this email in recent months because my TrustFactor dropped significantly, and yet, I have not received any response. And now, my account has been banned. I cannot stress this enough - this is unfair. I have invested so much time, money, and passion into this game, always playing by the rules. This game means a lot to me, and I had no intentions of stopping due to a mistake or misunderstanding on your end. Furthermore, I have been prohibited from accessing items I purchased for my account, which adds to the frustration. Once again, this is unjust and feels like theft when I have done nothing but play honestly. I sincerely hope you will reevaluate this situation, reexamine my games if necessary, and lift the ban once you realize I am just a dedicated female player who loves your game. Regards, C.

My Steam account got hacked, and the hackers changed my email, phone number, and password. They also have control of my Steam Guard. I've locked my account and written down the code but can't submit a support ticket as they blocked it too. I need urgent help. My account was targeted, causing me to lose access due to unauthorized changes. Please reset my login information to allow me to create a new password and update my details. I request the new login information be sent to my provided email address. I've secured my account to protect my inventory and library items. Once I receive confirmation of the reset via email, I can initiate the unlocking process. I do not recognize the phone number or email mentioned by the hackers. My phone number ends in "08," and my email is "[redacted]" Steam ID: [redacted][redacted].

I recently purchased a new Alienware Ryzen computer with an R9 chip, 16GB memory, and a 2060Super graphics card. My existing games on Steam are running perfectly with no issues. However, I am facing a problem with three new games I downloaded: Assetto Corsa Competizione, F12020, and F12019. Despite installing them successfully, when I click play, the games start to load but then quickly return to the push play screen. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like checking C++, updating drivers, clearing cache, and reinstalling the games, but nothing has resolved the issue. The only step I have not taken is reinstalling Steam, as I'm concerned it might affect the performance of my existing games. These new games are specifically why I upgraded my computer, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

I lost my mobile authenticator while traveling from Kerala, India to Sharjah, UAE. I also moved my PC to my new house. Since my login was saved on Steam, I raised a ticket to remove the authenticator as I got a new phone and connection. I have filed four tickets so far with the following identifiers: Ticket1: HT-GCVW-J7DC-857H, Ticket2: HT-89KW-YVBQ-D8WJ, Ticket3: HT-7QDP-Q4G3-KCFG, Ticket4: HT-4GVF-3QY4-W2Q6. Despite providing various proofs of ownership, the support team keeps requesting the CD key of the game used to activate the account, which was created over seven years ago. I have since changed my Steam email to "[redacted]" after my previous email was hacked. My account, "plutoplanet," holds significant value for me with investments worth over 1,40,[redacted] INR and thousands of hours on Dota 2 and other games. I urge for assistance in recovering my account as I am now residing in another country for my future.

I mistakenly gifted a random individual "prime or DLC" for CSGO, but they were VAC banned, preventing me from gifting further. I added $25 to my "Consternation" account and prefer not to switch to my main account to add more funds. If possible, I would appreciate having my gifting privileges restored for the Steam store. I accidentally sent the gift to someone other than my brother. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your assistance. I don't necessarily need a refund, just the ability to gift again for CSGO. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Steam account has been compromised. The hacker changed both my email address and password. My account, "szadek83," was originally linked to the email "[redacted]" When I tried to play Skyrim, I was prompted for my password, which failed three times. When attempting to change my password, Steam could no longer locate my email. Searching by my username revealed a different email on the account. I then tried to recover my account via bank or credit card verification but encountered errors. Now, the system tells me I've attempted recovery too frequently in German. I'm locked out and seeking assistance. I can provide purchase history details for verification, including Skyrim Special Edition, Golf with your Friends, Among Us, Batman Akrham Knight, Sid Meier's Civilization VI, Final Fantasy X / X-2: HD Remaster, and Mortal Kombat X. I believe I also bought a Need for Speed title. Your help in regaining access would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and stay safe. Tobias Baum.

My brother encountered a significant problem when he was reported on TF2 and subsequently banned. There is someone claiming to be a "VALVE Employee" named Augusta on Discord (AUGUSTA-VALVE#[redacted]) and Steam involved in resolving the ban. This individual requested $[redacted] twice from my brother to address the issue by purchasing keys to remove duplicate items from his inventory using Tradeit.gg. As the situation became overwhelming for my brother, I intervened, only to face pressure from Augusta myself. Despite sending $[redacted], Augusta claims it is insufficient. Concerned that this may be a scam, I seek confirmation on Augusta's legitimacy to help address this issue promptly.
