Counter-Strike: Global Offense is being offensive

Help with my Valve Software issue
The issue in GetHuman-traceec's own words
My son was trying to enjoy the game for which I paid. ... I purchased a game for my son - Counter-Strike: Global Offense. He is playing competitively. Once, he's been banned from playing twice - once for leaving the game momentarily for a personal break and now for not playing as well as the others. This does not seem appropriate, as we have paid for the game and he should be able to connect and play at any time. What's going on??
This is infuriating because no one should be allowed to be banned from a game they paid for if they'd done nothing wrong.
GetHuman-traceec did not yet indicate what Valve Software should do to make this right.
