I did not receive my book after * weeks from order date on *******. I got a good price for the textbook I needed because I ordered it early. Now the prices have gone up from $**.** to $***. The Valorebook seller Naginder Singh at "House of Word" would NOT give me a tracking number when I asked, and then said my book was lost and cancelled my order. So he never sent me the book, he cancelled it * weeks after I ordered it. Now Valorebooks will not ship me a replacement book, but they want to give me a refund. I do not want a refund now that the prices have gone up ***%!!! I want this company to mail me a replacement book! The seller did not cancel the book in a timely manner, but * weeks after the order because he wanted to sell it at a higher price and make me lose the book I spent a long time researching for this order. Valorebook will not give you their phone number to discuss this with them. This is out right FRAUD!!!! They need to replace the book that I ordered in good faith and have been looking for in the mail for * weeks now. Class starts in a week. Please help!!!!

The company eventually responded to my repeated emails. They can not talk to customers on the phone which is very unfortunate and frustrating when you have a problem.
