I returned * telephones. Someone called and left a message, her name is Nancy and she informed my husband that I would have to return the phones to Walmart. That is NOT TRUE. When I purchased my original phone I was told that with a * year RPL Plan I would need to contact you. I did. I wanted a return of my funds but they sent a replacement. I tried to use it but had the same problem--volume not loud enough for me.*They talked me into trying another one and when it arrived we could not use it because a part was missing. They sent me another one. They also sent a ticket to return it. I have been very ill and not able to do anything for several months. I finally got it sent to you about a week ago and Nancy called and I could not take the call. She left your number and you can't talk to a human which is the pits. I tried to call several times today and just could not reach anyone. When I was dealing with you the last time I told the person I spoke with that if this did not get straightened out I would file a consumer complaint with the State Attorney Generals office and with your CEO and owner. When I returned the phones a week or so ago I included copy from VTech Consumer Sales and Service that said the last phone they sent me came with a one year warranty. The phone you sent came from your store. I DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WALMART. I am not going to wait around for you to get this straight. When I returned the two phones I sent you a copy of the purchase from Walmart. I purchased the original phone on ******** at **:**:**.*Cordless phone *************the * year RPL Plan ************. I was told when I spoke to Cust. Svc. that I was going to be getting a real good up-grade. The phones you sent me was the same I had purchase at Walmart, just a different number.*I have tried to call the number Nancy left and she left the number knowing that I would not be able to speak to a HUMAN. I called and left the number of the phone I had purchased and the auto voice told me that that phone had not been made for sometime and it hung up on me. *I think you have a lousy system where a person cannot be talked to. *I do not want an e-mail contact. I want a HUMAN to call me and tell me that my payment is being refunded. I REPEAT! Do not e-mail me. Give me the courtesy of speaking to me. You didn't mind taking my money so it's the least you could do. DO NOT E-MAIL ME. TALK TO ME! My phone number is ***-***-*****Thank you for your prompt attention.
