We are trying to get a full refund for a booking that was cancelled due to COVID. Because of an error on the owners side, they were ok not able to refund a certain amount. Customer service needs the owners verbal confirmation to access their accounts to refund us. But every time the owner calls they say they are on hold for ** minutes and never speak to someone to resolve the issue.**We have spent ** hours talking in circles to customer service.
