HA-X*VTPL*********Both the traveler and the owner have tried to cancel this reservation and provide a ***% refund due to HORRIBLE customer service by VRBO. Between the customer and owner, we have called VRBO over ** times and have achieved absolutely nothing except ** examples of the WORST customer service of any internet site today.**CANCEL THIS ERESERVATION AND GIVE A ***% REFUND. THIS CANCELATION IS DUE TO THE TRAVELER AND OWNERS COMPLETE FRUSTRATION WITH VRBO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
