I accessed my VRBO rental cancelation policy via the VRBO app and the chat function on the listing. Received answered that booking could be canceled for full refund ** days prior to reservation date. When I canceled with the management company, turnkey, they said no refund and if the VRBO website said something different I needed to take the issue up with VRBO. Now out $***.**.
