Reference Case **********Reservation ID HA-NSRSXJ: Jul * through * - Vrbo **********Hello,**I tried calling the customer service line but have not been successful in speaking with a representative. I am having issues with getting my full refund after the vrbo host notified me that I can no longer stay at the home for this weekend, which I paid for back in March due to double booking. **She isn’t helpful at all and is told me I should expect a full refund, but I can see in VRBO that she has yet to approve my cancellation.**Can someone please help get my full refund? This is not my fault the host needed to cancel on me and the fact that her responses to my questions are rude doesn’t help the fact that it was her fault for making this error. **If there is any way I can also file a complaint against her so no others would have to go through this issue, please let me know how to do this.**I can be contacted by phone at ***-***-****.**Thank you,*Jamila Carroll
