Dear VRBO,**On May **th I booked a property in Topton NC. **Property ID********Reservation ID*HA-S*LCFV**I thought I had completed it then I found an email on May **th that told me I needed to complete my reservation in Topton NC. I thought this meant that I messed up my original reservation, so I took action and made a payment. The properties were very similar in their descriptions so it didn't even occur to me it was a different property but indeed it was. I now have two reservations. One paid in full and one paid in part. I would like a refund of the one that is paid in part. This is the one I would like a refund on:*Property ID********Reservation ID*HA-*BQF*N*because it is the one I made by mistake because of the misleading email.**I understand that I made the error but the promotion email I got at the least was confusing and at the most deceiving. I am considering listing one of my properties on VRBO but I need to know that you have good customer service. I understand that the property owner has a loss but it was not rented until May **th so it has been less than ** days, chances are it would not have rented.**This was an accident and an understandable one.
