Dear VRBO,**I rented a property on VRBO for a *-night visit to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico from May **th - May **, ****. The property ID number is ****** and owner was Lia De Tomas. **I was pleased with VRBO website and particularly how prompt Lia was in getting back to me. That is until I received an email from Lia *-days AFTER I checked out notifying me that I will be charged $*** for red wine stains found all over the sofa and pillow. This is absolutely shocking because we did a thorough sweep through the house to make sure nothing was left behind and no damages were found.**We were a group of * women all in our mid or late **s, who came to celebrate my bachelorette party. Our goal was to have a relaxing weekend celebrating the special occasion and majority of the group were either married or had kids. Most nights we were in bed by **pm* we even had a few girls get sick during our time there from ingesting tap water. **I am certain when I say, we did not spill any wine on the sofa*pillow as accused by the owner & her personnel. We spent half of our time recovering from a stomach issue which prevented some of us from eating, let alone drink alcohol. I am concerned I’m being taken advantage of. Thus, I would like you to conduct an investigation to ensure what is happening is not a scam to defraud people of their deposit money. This is not acceptable for people to pray on others, especially on a reputable site like yours. I would like a follow-up from one of your team members on the action you’ve taken to address my concern. And please allow me to edit or change my review on your site, as to warn others. **Best regards, *Han Lam
