I have reserved a unit for three nights coming up the end of this month. Yesterday, I received notification via e-mail that my unit information was available and could be accessed by using the Home Away app. When I tried to download the app on my iPad, I got the message that my "iPad was incompatible for the app." I have used VRBO for more than ** years and have never had a problem with receiving information e-mailed to me on my iPad or my desktop. Thank you for your assistance.
