Change Email and first name on an existing account ... Need to get Technical support involved. *I had an Account under Eric.D*****@***.com I wanted to change the name and Email so I *I changed the name in the profile from Eric to Erica*I changed the Email to EricaRD*****@***.com*I Thought that would be all I needed to do...**Later in the day I tried to login using new Email (planning a new trip) and it asked if I wanted to login with my Gmail account which was the new Email E*****@***.com. I did and now I have an account created in **** and it took my picture from my google account and I can't find the old account from a number of years ago that has some previous bookings and favorites and some of my ratings and past bookings. **(My last booking was for a house in Hana Hawaii towards the end of May ****) It is possible the house in no longer on VRBO since I know the owner was trying to sell the property. But I have no information to even look for that I also booked that same hours the previous year and other properties over the past about ** years. **I tried to log in with the old email and at had to activate it and that also seems to be a new account from **** with no past information
Now I lost places I rented in the past and my history or VRBO rentals. I want to book a new trip and use some of the same properties that I can't find now. They were saved in my favorites. Mostly Hawaii rentals
Help me get my old account information back with the updated email address and name
I have been a customer for about ** years.
I am waiting to see if I get a call back ever from technical support because customer support had no idea. First they said I must have deleted the items in my account (no!) then said I must have deleted account (but they said first you can't delete an account?) they seem to not know much about account information
