Hello, I booked and paid for a three night stay with property id* ****** for oct * to oct **,****. On arrival the home was not cleaned and the owner said it had been vacant a week. Yalda, the owner, seems to be giving me the run around on returning my money. As it is we had to find another place to stay immediately. I would appreciate your help on this matter. I also paid you people a hundred and five dollars which was not included until after I booked, and I immediately paid that fee also. I would appreciate a Rufus's on this money as well. When I told the owner I was going to write a review, because she had still not mailed my money a week after I had been back home, (which was actually ** days after) she changed my status that I had cancelled our reservation. That is a flat out lie. My dad came from Arizona and had been driving for three days when he got there just before four( earliest possible check in) but could not get the lock box opened, so went to a parking lot to wait, since I got caught in traffic at carpenteria.
