Hello-*I stayed at a property in Seattle September **th-**th. My reservation ID is *****.*I have not received my $**** deposit back. Also during our stay, we had an issue of finding a pair of underwear in the sheets on our first night. The host was great and apologetic- he also told us he would refund our cleaning fee ($***) for the mistake. I have not seen a refund for the cleaning or damage deposit. I have messaged the host through the app on October **nd. Text messaged them on October **rd, and left a voicemail this morning.
