guest wanted a payment plan, the only way VRBO system could do that was to change the reservation, the system would not allow this change. the reservation had to be cancelled, then redone at the new payment plan. I just got an email "refunding" what the guest has NOT YET PAID.
I trust that VRBO will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
