I ended up needing to cancel a reservation I had made and paid in full for July. It said to send the cancel request to get refunded in full by May **th I sent it in on May *th. Haven’t heard back from the property manager. Tried to call it’s linked to his old property manager who doesn’t know how to get ahold of him. I’ve sent him another email through the app a few days ago and still nothing back. I need to get into contact with the owner so I can get the refund back on the cost of the house.
