WE booked property ******* from Feb *th - Feb. **th* ****. Our Reservation Id was HA-****GR. There was a guaranteed full refund attached to this property. *We decided to cancel after seeing a couple of negative reviews with intentions of booking another VRBO property.*We paid $****.** Canadian, but our refund was only ****.**. The Property Manager said that VRBO would need to deal with the additional money owing to us.*How do we get the remaining amount owing to us?
