Get the items I paid for and thats it. ... Currently purchased Vizio Home Theater sound Sys, w* Atmos. Model * SB*****-F*. BESTBUY MB Sc *****. * Days ago. Unpacked and went to install the system and realized we were missing the Sound Bar and its Cables to connect.. Audio Cables and Arc Cables missing . I was told to contact Vizio Directly about this issue. This is ridiculous. They didn't have another instock and none in a ** mile radius has one either.. Their Solution was for me to return it.. then wait * ** days for my money to be return back on my card. I don't want a refund I would like to have my surround sound but unfortunately I can't until I have a complete set.
I want the items speakers and the accessories or I would like the next best thing.
I have been a customer for ** * years . They have always taken care of my problem instantly . Years ago they would have traded for the next best thing system being they didn't have another.
I have an issue with VIZIO too
