I have a wireless Internet connection but cannot access my apps via the Smartcast input. I can access Netflix directly from the application button on my TV remote but the smartcast arrow does not scroll down to show my available apps.

GetHuman-vleewhar did not yet indicate what VIZIO should do to make this right.
