INITIAL SET UP ... REPEATEDLY, TV REVERTS TO STORE MODE AFTER * MINUTES OF DISH TV PROGRAMMING.*EACH TIME TV IS TURNED ON, I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE COMPLETE INITIAL INPUT PROCESS. I HAVE HELD DOWN THE INPUT BUTTON AND THAT IS INEFFECTIVE. TV IS GOING TO BE RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE UNLESS THIS IS RESOLVED.*jerry

I NEED TO TALK TO A TECHNICIAN THAT I CAN CONTACT WHEN I AM AT HOME IN THE EVENING.
THIS TV WAS PURCHASED TO UPGRADE FROM A VIZIO **" SMART TV THAT I HAVE USED IN THE KITCHEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
