I bought my E-Series XLED ** inch with Chromecast built in on Sunday. I was chromecasting some videos last night and, at some point, the video went to letterbox. When I looked up the issue online, I found to press the "wide" button on the remote, but when doing so, I receive the message "Normal is the optimal wide mode and can not be changed". Today I attempted to watch a video on the built in Hulu app and encountered the same issue. rI would like to know how to resolve this issue and prevent it from occurring in the future. I would like this issue to be resolved soon so that I don't have to return this television after * days.
GetHuman-deannecl did not yet indicate what VIZIO should do to make this right.
