currently having trouble with smart meter last time i rang £**.** was supposed to be added but it wasnt there was only £*.** on meter and the cards they have gave me to topup the meter dont work topup keeps getting rejected i have £*.** on my meter i have emailed them on numourous occassions explaining this and made complaints still nothing
