Yesterday, my client, P., asked me to babysit his children from 4 pm to 9:15 pm, although it was originally planned until 10 pm. Due to payment issues and inability to leave a positive review on the platform, he canceled the booking. However, upon arriving at the hotel where they were staying, he paid me in cash, leading to confusion. There seems to have been a misunderstanding as he didn't intend to cancel but couldn't adjust the end time in the system. If contacted, P. will confirm that I did babysit from 4 pm to 9:15 pm and paid me in cash. I seek assistance in resolving this issue so he can pay me through my debit card on Urbansitter for future bookings and leave the positive feedback he intended to give.

I've been struggling to access the job page. I keep receiving messages about improper user credentials and profile approval delays. Since it was taking too long, I made a second account. I can't find a phone number to contact you directly. The responses I received were about scams, which is not the issue here. I just want to log into one of my accounts and access the job board immediately. I need to reconnect with a parent named Robb listed on the job board. I lost his contact information, and he wants to hire me, so I need to reach out today. Please assist me promptly. I have an UrbanSitter profile that I no longer wish to keep. I would like my profile to be completely removed from the website. I do not want any association with UrbanSitter or for them to retain any information or data about me. I want all traces of my profile, information, and data removed from their records and website to separate myself entirely from the company.

I need to contact the CEO or President of Sitter.com. I have been experiencing issues with the job board for weeks. I received a job offer but cannot respond to the person who offered it as there is no contact information available. Additionally, I am unable to connect with other families or employers on the job board. The support and help pages on the website do not address these critical problems. It is essential to fix the job board to facilitate better communication between nannies and families. I have tried multiple times to reach out for assistance but have not received any meaningful responses. Please forward my contact details to the relevant families or employers on the site and have them contact me. I am frustrated with the lack of functionality on the website and the absence of support. Hello, I recently set up my babysitter profile on Urbansitter approximately 24 hours ago. After attempting to express my interest in a nearby babysitting job, I encountered a notification stating my profile needs to be reviewed, which could take 7-14 days. To expedite this process, I submitted a video and signed up for direct deposit. However, upon logging in today, I noticed my profile is now "hidden," and I am unsure of the implications. I would appreciate assistance in activating my profile promptly or receiving a detailed explanation of the onboarding process for new users on the platform. Thank you.

I am Clint Herrick, and I need to report an incident of child abuse by one of your sitters. We hired Kelley Flick through Urban Sitter for tonight (10-18-18). When she arrived, I felt uneasy, and my usually outgoing 3-year-old daughter hid from her. Despite my concerns, I left my daughter with Kelley. Upon my wife's return, she informed me that we wouldn't use Kelley again. Our daughter was crying and claimed Kelley hit her. Our 9-year-old confirmed Kelley yelled and spanked the 3-year-old at the park. Our daughter has bruises from the incident. We reported this to Aurora Police (#2[redacted]9). We urgently need Urban Sitter to contact us. It's frustrating there's no phone support for such serious matters. We believe Kelley Flick should be removed from your platform to prevent others from facing what we are going through. I recently had a negative encounter with a 27-year-old single father who left me an unjust bad review on Urbansitter after he came home drunk. Despite his attempt to retract it, the review remained. I reached out to Urbansitter to remove it promptly. Surprisingly, five days later, I found myself blocked from my profile, hindering me from accepting future jobs. While this setback could be seen as a blessing, given my qualifications - CA teaching credentials in Physics & Chemistry, Masters in Education, B.S. in Molecular/Cellular Biology, 15+ years of childcare and tutoring experience, including work in hospital nurseries and with special needs children, coupled with excellent recommendations - I am puzzled by the lack of response to my three requests to Urbansitter. I am encountering difficulties trying to access my UrbanSitter account set up through Facebook. Upon attempting to log in through Facebook, a message appears prompting to continue, then suddenly indicating that my account doesn’t exist. Despite this, during the process of creating a new account with Facebook, I am notified that an account already exists. These conflicting messages have left me unable to either log in or create a new account. I simply wish to regain access to my existing account. Hello, I'm Mylah Andrada. I had an older UrbanSitter account using the same email, [redacted] I've been receiving automated responses whenever I try to reach out about this matter. I only recently created a new account, but my profile is now hidden because I used the same email address from before. I can't access the old account and only have the new one. I also have a review from a family I worked for outside of UrbanSitter on this new account. I need this matter resolved promptly so I can apply for jobs. Hello, I am still awaiting payment for two completed jobs. I updated the hours for August 29th to 7-11pm and for September 3rd to 11:45am-7pm immediately after finishing each job. Kristin also verified the hours, but the payments are still pending confirmation in my UrbanSitter account. It has been more than three business days since both jobs were completed, so I should have received payment by now. Could you please provide guidance on this matter? Thank you.

I am struggling to find a babysitter on Urbansitter due to a verification issue. I have attempted to verify my profile multiple times by uploading my ID and a picture, and then tried verifying through my Facebook account with no success. I'm hoping to be able to access my Facebook page through the website to connect it, but I urgently need assistance. I require someone to reach out to me either via email or phone. I have been in touch with UrbanSitter's support team to address the issue with my identity check. I have been able to upload my ID picture, but I am unable to proceed with the video verification. The problem began when I mistakenly entered the wrong social security number during the process. Despite adding my Facebook information, I haven't been successful in verifying my identity. I am looking for assistance in troubleshooting this problem so I can re-enter my social security number correctly. This issue has persisted for over a month, and it has prevented me from contacting babysitters through the platform. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

I worked for a woman named Renee. She hired me for a 26.5-hour overnight shift but refused to pay me. When I asked for payment, she accused me of stealing a tangerine and using too much paper towel. Despite bringing my own food, she alleged I stole from her. I have a broken heel and walk with a limp. She falsely claimed I steal and take drugs in a review. I only take Trazodone for migraines under prescription. She disclosed personal and financial information about me and made up stories. I ask for the removal of this review. I am Victoria H. I have encountered an issue with Urban Sitter that has left me feeling disheartened. As a long-standing Childcare Provider, my reputation is important to me. A recent inaccurate complaint by a new parent led Urban Sitter to block my profile without allowing me the chance to provide my side of the story. It has been over two weeks, and I have not been contacted by Urban Sitter to discuss the situation or defend my honor. This lack of communication and immediate action based solely on the word of a new parent has been truly distressing. I am disappointed that despite my years with the company, I have not been given the opportunity to address the situation. My name is Yolanda Otey, and the parent who complained is Astrid. I hope that a responsible individual from Urban Sitter can reach out to me soon. It is concerning that someone can make false accusations without giving me a chance to respond. Thank you.

I used Urban Sitter before they introduced membership fees. Do they offer any discount codes for existing users? How long does the background check usually take to complete? I'm confused if the background check is part of the membership fee or a separate charge. I wanted to work tonight but it seems like the approval process will take weeks. Thank you. - M.M., [redacted]
